L110,111 - 15 turns on a T44-6
L105,108,112 - 9 turns on a FT37-43
L109 - 7 turns bare tinned wire on a FT37-43 with centertap
C103,104,114,115,122,127,118 - 50 pF trim caps
C110,111,121,126 - 150 pF disk NPO
C100,101,119 - 430 pF
(I used a 330 pF in parallel with a 100 pF)
C102,112,123 - 4p7 NPO
C135,136,137,138 - 470 pF NPO
